Massachusetts To Lessen Penalties For Bestiality?

Massachusetts pols push measure lessening punishment for animal sex

Do I need to say any more?

This perversion endangers your dog. It also endangers your community. We should not be lessening penalties for sex offenders, regardless of the type they engage in.

This is the slippery slope folks have been warning about for years. No one believed the warnings… now it is coming true. You have to ask yourself why the gay / lesbian / bisexual / transgendered community are pushing for this kind of animal abuse.

Does society really need or support this kind of decriminalization of animal abuse? This kind of abuse wrecks dogs, not only behaviorally but is frequently lethal. Furthermore, we are concerned about the mutation of animal diseases into forms that infect humans. Take the politics out of it. There are serious, biological concerns why we don’t want animals and humans sharing blood and semen.

Put the politics back in... why does this kind of thing come from the Far Left of the political spectrum? And what other political groups and politicians will come to the defense of this kind of legislation?

Do you want those folks to have any kind of power in society? At what point does all this libertine legislation stop? And if this becomes legal, is this a practice that we want taught to our kids in school? I can see it now... a first grade textbook: "Our Family Has Two Mommies And A Dog"... and then we find out the dog isn't just a pet.

Am I being too far out in my concerns here? A few years ago, I'd say "yes". But, now with actual bestiality legislation "strongly endorsed by the state's three major powerful lobbying groups", submitted by members of a major political party (not some fringe party), the Democrats... I have to become concerned.

If someone harmed my dog this way, I would be angry, as any pet owner would. I would call the police. I would expect the abusers would be arrested and tossed into jail for a very long time. I would NOT expect the abusers to be let off the hook, or praised for their "alternative lifestyle".

Just think what kind of mentality it would take to do this to a dog. Can you imagine such a thing? I guess you had better... because it has now become a mainstream piece of legislation.

This has happened in other civilizations. There is no reason to go back to the practices and days of the Spartans, Greeks or Romans. Those were mercilessly harsh and cruel times. Flesh is not for sport like this. Have we reached a point where the Far Left has no boundaries?
