City Bans Dogs From Park = Bans Dogs From City
A city in Britain has banned all dogs from all parks. At the same time, there are animal welfare laws in Britain making it mandatory for dogs to get walks. Isn't socialism wonderful? Isn't it time to just leave people alone?
