Dog Hater Stabs Neighbor

THE Jing'an District Prosecutors' Office yesterday charged resident Wang Xiong with assault. Wang often quarreled with his neighbor surnamed Li who has a dog. Li's dog often defecated in front of Wang's home, which made him very angry.

In the afternoon of September 19 this year when Li came to knock at Wang's door, Wang thought he came for fight. So he picked up a knife and stabbed Li as soon as he opened the door. Li was seriously hurt.
