That’s simply ridiculous. They were obviously worried about the welfare of there pet. I have been training dogs for years without the use of prong collars, choke chains, and shock collars. Patience is the key to healthy training. The idea is you'd spank a child, why not you’re pet? But I know for sure I wouldn’t put a choke chain on a 4 yr old, So I don’t put it on the dogs. Reassuring the owner, and possibly agreeing to not use those items on there animal would have been the right thing to do, Instead of acting like your too good to take a request. But hey I’m a member of peta, my opinion doesn’t matter.
