Loose Dogs Are Shot Dead

A controversial program that had dogs being shot by animal control officers on the streets of Kispiox Village was shut down Thursday after band members complained. The extreme measure was taken after other efforts to control an ongoing dog problem failed.

Does this need much comment? You just don’t start shooting dogs in public to deal with loose dogs. This is just insane.
