Pulling On A Leash?
If your dog pulls so hard on a leash that it continually coughs... YOUR DOG IS NOT TRAINED! Go get some lessons from a good dog trainer. I just hate seeing this kind of thing. And there's no need for it. And it isn't good for the dog's neck.
