So, is this a pit bull problem, or a gang problem? And how would you fix it? Imagine what is going to happen to that puppy at the hands of those criminal "teens"… and then you wonder why cities are banning pit bulls instead of fixing the crime… I think the whole gang/ crime thing is corrupt.
