Elliott Ness

A pair of teenage gunmen approached Raymond Johnson in West Philadelphia about midnight Tuesday and demanded his 2-month-old pit bull puppy. "Y'all are going to have to shoot me," Johnson, 55, told the teens, " 'cause I ain't giving the dog up." So one of the punks raised a gun, pointed it at Johnson - standing less than five feet away - and pulled the trigger.

So, is this a pit bull problem, or a gang problem? And how would you fix it? Imagine what is going to happen to that puppy at the hands of those criminal "teens"… and then you wonder why cities are banning pit bulls instead of fixing the crime… I think the whole gang/ crime thing is corrupt. Where is Elliott Ness when you need him?
